In line with its Memorandum And Articles Of Association, NFEA is run by a Board - with each of the nine NFEA Regional Associations represented. This regional representative is often the regional director but can also be another Chief Executive from an NFEA member within that region. The Board also includes a Chairman (on a two year term) with support from two Deputy Chairs.
The Board meets quarterly in order to assess the performance of NFEA over that period and to direct on future strategies and issues. Minutes are documented and each Board member distributes this information out to its regional group in order to disseminate knowledge of NFEA activities and its future direction.
