The NFEA Enterprise Academy brings a programme of training and development opportunities to NFEA member organisations. Designed especially to address the particular issues and opportunities of the enterprise support sector, the heavily-subsidised workshops and seminars are targeted particularly at the current and future leaders of member agencies. Developing management skills and improving specialist knowledge, the programme seeks to increase the capacity of the NFEA network of enterprise agencies and ultimately improve the quality of services delivered to our small business customers.
